Essex Ballroom
Our elegantly appointed ballroom can host events and meetings up to 250 people in theatre style or 180 in rounds of 10. It is 2050 square feet or 73 feet x 28 feet and has a ceiling height of 10 feet. When you book the entire ballroom for your function you also have over 1500 square feet of private foyer space overlooking Allan Gardens Park and Conservatory which is ideal for receptions, exhibits, bar and buffet service. Dividing walls allow the ballroom to split into three seperate function spaces.

Essex A
A traditional meeting room can host events and meetings up to 40 people in theatre style or 30 in rounds of 10. It is 525 square feet or 18.5 feet x 28 feet and has a ceiling height of 10 feet.
Essex B
A traditional meeting room can host events and meetings up to 40 people in theatre style or 30 in rounds of 10. It is 500 square feet or 17.5 feet x 28 feet and has a ceiling height of 10 feet.
Essex C
The largest of the three, this traditional meeting room can host events and meetings up to 100 people in theatre style or 100 in rounds of 10. It is 1050 square feet or 37 feet x 28 feet and has a ceiling height of 10 feet.
Essex Lounge
Don't be surprised by the word 'lounge' in it's name. Whether for a business or a social event your guests will love meeting here. This very popular and recently renovated meeting room can host events and meetings up to 80 people in theatre style or 80 in rounds of 10. It has plenty of windows with black-out drapes. It is 1075 square feet or 41 feet x 26 feet and has a ceiling height of 10 feet. The room also boasts a 1000 square foot outdoor terrace. If you require an adjacent breakout room with easy flow for meeting attendees we suggest the Courtyard Room

Courtyard Room

Metro Room
Located on the first floor of our convention facilities this recently renovated traditional meeting room can host events and meetings up to 100 people in theatre style or 90 in rounds of 10. Solarium Room
Located conveniently off of the lobby and adjoining Shade Restaurant this meeting room features skylights and exposed brick walls. It can host events and meetings up to 40 people in theatre style or 40 in rounds of 10. It is 377 square feet or 37 feet x 13 feet and has a ceiling height of 10 feet.

Frontenac Room
Our non-traditional 10th penthouse floor meeting room overlooking the Allan Gardens Park and Conservatory can host events and meetings up to 45 people in theatre style or 40 in rounds of 10. It is 680 square feet or 17 feet x 40 feet with windows(with back-out drapes). The room also boasts a 180 square foot southernly facing outdoor terrace. Gardenview Boardroom

Parkview Boardroom
